It’s unbelievable but I have never tried watercolor painting. Not even in my childhood when watercolor paints were only available in extremely sad and poorly stocked stationery shops 😁
I never loved anything I could get easily 😁
However, I’m in a different mood now which I call ‘let’s try everything mood’. So I bought some watercolor paints, a super lovely sketchbook with an adorable little bear illustration on the cover and began my first watercolor experience.
This is what I painted first 🙂
Then this.
And lastly:
It was an interesting and pleasant experience but I can’t say it’s my new favorite medium. Oils, acrylic and chalk pastels are still my top 3 all time faves ❤️
P.S. I’m in LOVE with my adorable bear sketchbook! ❤️❤️❤️
